10 hour coverage of the bride's house, ceremony, location shoot and reception, including music, titles, editing, effects, and three DVD (3) copies - includes travel to and from studio (Pagewood in Sydney, Brunswick in Melbourne)
Terms and Conditions Please read the following conditions carefully:
1. In the event of the wedding being cancelled, all monies paid towards the wedding are non-refundable. 2. The balance of monies owed are payable before the wedding day by cash or electronic transfer. Payments not made within 3 months after date of wedding will incur 10% interest for every month outstanding commencing from date of wedding e.g $1000 wedding payment 6 months late new outstanding total will be $1600 3. The original camera footage remains the property and copyright of Goodtimes. No copies can be made without the permission of Goodtimes. The original master will be held by Goodtimes for a period of 60 days, after which time, Goodtimes will be free to tape over, or delete the original footage. 4. Once the shooting / filming schedule is finalised for the date of the event, should the video production crew be delayed by the Client, family or guests, the video production crew is not responsible for maintaining the filming schedule. The production crew, in its discretion, may alter the time spent at each location or delete locations from the original time schedule. 5. Goodtimes, or any agent or contractor working on behalf of Goodtimes, will not be held liable or responsible, by the bridal party or any other party associated with the wedding, for any injury, damage, disappointment, emotional stress, inconvenience, poor quality, or loss of footage caused as a result of equipment or tape failure, operator error, third party interference, misunderstanding, misadventure or an act of God which could, as a result of any of the abovementioned, prevent the wedding video being finished to the total satisfaction of the customer. If this happens, both parties will negotiate a fair and reasonable solution. Liability of Goodtimes Video Productions, its agents or contractors in the event of the above is limited to a refund of all monies paid. 6. Goodtimes will not be held responsible if distributors supply faulty or below standard video tape stock, or for any camera malfunction on the day 7. In order to maximise the quality of video footage and ensure the efficiency of the production crew, the client is advised to seek the full cooperation of the ceremony celebrant (Priest, Minister, Rabbi, etc.) and function management. Goodtimes will not be held responsible should we not receive the necessary co-operation from any of the above participants resulting in loss of footage. 8. It is a term of this agreement that the Client arrange with the reception site management for the video crew to be seated in the same room as guests and served with a basic meal at the same time as the guests. This will ensure the video crew is prepared for post meal formalities and spontaneous activities during the reception. If there is an oversight in regards to this, the video crew is not responsible for any video omissions during the function due to meal breaks on or off site. 9. If the function is being held in a major hotel, suitable parking for equipment unload and load will need to be provided at the cost of the couple. Should Goodtimes have to pay for suitable parking, this will be added to the cost of the wedding. 10. Any music supplied will be used as background music on the video according to instructions received from the couple. Goodtimes will not be held responsible or liable for any Copyright infringement as a result of using this supplied music. 11. Goodtimes will assign a cameraman to film the wedding. Should the couple request a specific cameraman for the day an extra charge may be levied at the discretion of Goodtimes. Please note payment of this levy does not guarantee that cameraman and every effort will be made to make this videographer available on the day. If for whatever reason, this videographer in unavailable, another videographer will be assigned to the wedding in his place and monies paid for this reservation will be refunded. 12. Any problems with the video must be reported to Goodtimes Video within 30 days of receiving the tapes. Goodtimes reserve the right to refuse any claims made after this period of time. Any changes / alterations requested after 30 days of delivery will be chargeable.
